Nikolas

Hi, I'm Nikolas. I'm about to start a full-time, intensive study program in Melbourne and I'm looking for a room to rent nearby. I'm in my early 30s, spent over 10 years working as a chef, so I'm used to structure and cleanliness. I'll mostly be home studying in the evenings.(really need a desk in my room) working on the weekends and out during the day.

A bit about me: quiet, respectful, easy to live with. I enjoy cozy nights in, cooking,( happy to share a meal) and the occasional video game to unwind. Looking for something stable for the next several months while I focus on the program.

My preferred areas are all around the CBD. My weekly budget is about 300dollars.
