I’m Juliana or Julz for short I am 21 years old, this is the second time I’ve had rental experience this is all still new to me. I’m very clean and tidy, respectful and very quiet for my age group. I’m a cleaner part time so most of my days are busy at work or at home. I’m pet friendly, I grew up around animals back in Colombia at the farms. Not much of a party animal though I like my free time and to go out with friends I tend to like more relaxing activities rather than big gatherings. Im smoker friendly but I’ll understand if someone has something against it since I like to respect everyone’s space just like how they would with me. I’m introverted and also just enjoy my peace I’m very creative it’s part of my meditation. I go crazy about art and almost anything in that regard, film, photography, drawing, painting, fashion and so much more. I am excited and nervous this second time I’m renting since this is all still all so new to me, but I hope I’m the right fit for the next attendant at this beautiful property.
