Hi! I’m a 22 year old student looking for a share house around the freo area (hammy hill, Spearwood, anywhere within a 15 minute drive of the area) here are a few details about me:
-part time occupational therapy student working two part time jobs in allied health
-I have a nearly year long rental history that I can provide
-I’m very tidy and value living in a clean space
-I don’t go out much as my degree and job keep me busy but in my spare time I love to garden, sew and crochet!
-budget is $200-300 a week, maybe more if I feel like the place is a good fit
