Hi, we are Jasmine Bonnie!
I’m 36, single, own a business as a professional dog trainer and also work full-time as a manager at a dog daycare. My hours vary a little week to week, but I like to keep life balanced and relaxed.

I’m relocating from Melbourne back to QLD with my work taking over a new location in Newstead so would like to find something close to work.

I have a small, trained 11-year-old Pomeranian (2.5 kg) who’s calm, respectful, and great with other respectful animals. She’s lived with different animals her whole life due to my job. She’s happy snoozing on the couch or relaxing outside when I’m not home.
She loves company from humans and animals and would love her to have this!

I like to cook, having a glass (or few) of wine and chatting with housemates, but I also really value quiet time and personal space. I’m clean, tidy, easy-going, and after living with family (including kids) for a while, I’m ready for a peaceful home where I can unwind.

I’m looking to live with one or two max people in a calm, clean & drama-free household.
I’m house trained having lived in share houses & would love similar people.

Ideally I’d have my own bedroom and bathroom (either main or ensuite — not fussed). I’m not looking to live with children or share a bedroom.

As I’m relocating from Melbourne with work I’ll be purchasing new furniture (king sized bed), and am happy to contribute to shared furnishings if we lease a place together. My budget is around $300–$400 per week for a comfortable home with a good vibe.

I’m friendly, drama free and pretty relaxed, I’m just looking for a comfortable place with nice people who appreciate a bit of balance between social and downtime.
