I’m looking for a sublet from early April (dates are a bit flexible), ideally in St Kilda, South Yarra, Richmond, Hawthorn, Fitzroy, Carlton or Brunswick, but I’m open to other inner-city areas too! I’m also open to subletting both short-term and long-term, and happy to sign a lease.

A bit about me: I’m almost 21, originally from Kangaroo Island in SA, and moved to Melbourne about a year ago. I’m tidy, respectful and easy to live with. I work two hospitality jobs (in Fitzroy and Port Melbourne) and enjoy a balanced lifestyle - gym, running, exploring new spots, and the occasional cheeky wine with friends. I really value a friendly and clean home environment with communication and good vibes ✨

Budget: ideally $200–$250/week, but can definitely stretch up to $300 for the right place.
