My Name is Felipe, Duarte, I’m Twenny Five and originally from Colombia I’m Living in sydney and applying to rent the property with my partner Dale Buckby. We are responsible tenants who always pay rent on time and take good care of the places we live in. We’re tidy, quiet and respectful of neighbours and we value a peaceful and well maintained home environment. We don’t smoke we don’t have pets and we’re looking for a comfortable and stable place to call home.
