Hey I'm brad, I'm a 38 year old Australian male.

I currently rent a room in a house share in Morley, but have to move due to owners selling.
Ive just finished a TAFE cert4 in community services, but am returning back to FIFO, 2n2 roster, doing my trade plumbing for a small plumbing company on a mine site in the Goldfields that I used to work for.

I am very neat, tidy, kind and respectful of others. I am also respectful of other peoples property. I have many years of living in shared accommodation, never any problems and I am very respectful toward others.

I'm a active person, who goes to the gym regularly and catches up with family (south west) and friends. Im a relaxed person, easy going, social and respect people's boundaries and space. When home, i watch some tv, read books or do a bit of gardening. I love the outdoors, beach and nature. I have no kids but am a loving uncle.

Wherever I'm living I don't have any one come around. I don't do drugs or drink alcohol. I am very respectful to other housemates family, kids ect.
