My Name is Thomas, and I'm 24-year-old Bachelor of Economics/Arts student at UQ, who is working part-time at a bookshop in the CBD.
I'm a respectful, clean, and relaxed person, and I’m very happy to do my share of the housework and clean up after myself. I'm also social and enjoy having a chat or meal with housemates, but I also respect others peace and quiet.
I love reading and have a decent book collection, which I'd be happy to share. Otherwise, I enjoy a bit of gardening, hiking, jogging, visiting galleries and museums and seeing live music.
I'm looking for a clean, cosy place with some cool people to be my home for at least 12 months. I have 3.5 years of good rental history, so I’d be looking to be added to the lease. I'd be looking to move in from around the middle of January.
