Hi! I’m Zy. I'm 26, a full-time paralegal working in commercial litigation, and hopefully your next housemate! 😁 Originally from the Blue Mountains but have been in Syd for about four years now.

I’ve had three great housing experiences so far and genuinely believe good communication keeps everything smooth and comfy. My current housemates are heading back home overseas soon, hence on the hunt. I’m flexible with move dates but ideally looking to settle in mid Dec - early Jan.

I’m a bit of a workaholic (mostly in office - WFH optional but will need a little space for my setup). My family lives outside the region, so I often spend weekends away too. That said, when I am home (and not glued to my laptop), you can expect a few extras:

- Fresh baked treats (I’ve recently entered my baking era)
- Gaming sessions (I come with a PC, PS5, Wii, Switch)
- A few lovingly questionable art pieces
- Occasional invites to the beach, gigs, galleries or other misc. events (zero pressure ofc!)
- And a solid, embellished recap of my day over a tea/wine. Basically, your own in-house podcast.

Personality-wise, I’m pretty social and fairly easygoing. Have a lot of patience. I love yap or a hang, but I’m equally respectful of personal space and downtime.

Most importantly, I’m hoping for a place that feels like a home where we actually like each other enough to hang out sometimes, not just co-exist.
