My friend Himanshu and I are actively looking for two rooms or a 2-bedroom place to rent long-term 🏡

📍 Location: Around Melbourne — ideally within 30 minutes by train to the city/RMIT
💰 Budget: $450–$550 per week (total)
📆 Move-in: Ideally before the New Year

A little about us — and this genuinely reflects who we are:

We both study at RMIT and have stable, structured routines around study, work, and fitness. We’re very clean, organised, and house-proud—we believe a home should feel calm, respectful, and well cared for, and we treat any place we live in as our own.
We’re like-minded, easy-going, and completely drama-free. We value clear communication, mutual respect, and a peaceful living environment.

We’re the kind of tenants who:

Pay rent and bills on time, without exception
Keep shared spaces consistently clean
Respect privacy while being friendly and considerate
Are light/social drinkers, not party people
Maintain the home properly and responsibly

We’re usually out during the day and enjoy coming back to a comfortable, positive space in the evenings. We’re ideally looking for a place where we can settle in long-term and build a respectful, easy household.
