I am a single full time working professional female. My lease expires on 23rd Sept and i need a place to stay for 2 to 3 months. I would like to stay close to the city, and within walking distance to train station/tram stops. I am very clean, quiet, respect each other's space and no drama person, and I am looking for a similar vibe. Roaches and smoking are absolutely no-no; the former - I hate and the latter, I am allergic. I am well traveled and have stayed in different countries, both shared and unshared. I can provide references from my previous landlord and work, if needed. I love travel, culture, food and animals, and loves to explore on nature walks. If you are ok, I would be happy to drop in and check it out. I am looking for a no drama, no drugs, non smoking household, close to CBD Tram/train stop. Pets are most welcome.
