I am a single full time working professional female, and new to Melbourne - moving from Sydney for work. I would like to stay close to the city, and keep within walking distance to train station/tram stops. I am very clean, quiet, respect each other's space and no drama person, and I am looking for a similar place. Roaches and smoking are absolutely no-no; the former - I hate and the latter, I am allergic. I am well traveled and have stayed in different countries, both shared and unshared. I can provide references from my previous landlords in Perth and Sydney. I love travel, culture, food and animals, and loves to explore on nature walks.
