Hey! I’m Sasha, 20, currently completing a Certificate III in Hospitality online. I have 19 months of experience living in shared accommodation and receive stable, ongoing government support. My main focus right now is my studies, though I’m open to casual or part-time work and am looking forward to building my savings once I’m back in hospitality.

I’m a reliable and respectful tenant who always pays rent on time and communicates openly if any housing matters arise. I’ve maintained a positive relationship with my current landlord and prioritise keeping my home clean, comfortable, and well looked after. I stay on top of everyday household tasks (yes, even bin night), am mindful of shared spaces and noise levels, and value privacy and mutual respect between one another. Occasionally, I also enjoy sharing my love for baking with housemates - which has never been complained about!

My weeks are generally quiet and productive, usually spent studying in my room with an iced coffee, going for walks, attending appointments, and keeping up with cleaning (which sometimes I really enjoy… I know, weird). On weekends, I like spending time with friends and family - whether that’s heading into the city, going to the park for a picnic, or a relaxed movie night in.
