Khale and Eva

Hi! We’re Alex and Eva, a couple from the Philippines currently living in Melbourne.

I work full-time as a Chef, and Eva works in the healthcare industry. We both have stable employment and are responsible, reliable tenants.

We’re clean, tidy, respectful, non-smokers, and we value a quiet and peaceful home. We always keep our living space clean, respect other people’s privacy, and pay our rent on time.

We’re currently looking for either:

* a 2-bedroom house or apartment with 1 bathroom (an extra toilet would be a bonus), where there will be only three people living in the property—the two of us and one other housemate; or
* a studio apartment suitable for the two of us.

We’re looking for a long-term home and would be happy to provide employment details, references, identification, and any other documents required.
