28y/o Female looking for a room to rent in Adelaide city or surrounding suburbs close proximity outside cbd - preferably sharing with only 1 other person; 2 people max. My life took a 180 thus I am starting fresh and want to give city lifestyle a go as I do not have any dependents or pets. I generally Like to keep to myself due to being fairly introverted (need my space to refresh); but I can also be social and am an open minded person. I'm very easy going, kind hearted/friendly.
most importantly, I am neat and tidy and respect my rentals as if it were my own home.
With consent, I will most likely clean up after my potential housemate especially if they work full time and do manage to leave a bit of a mess occasionally.
I’m available to move in immediately; however, for the right place, I can definitely wait a little longer. Furthermore, I’m open to any length of lease 1 - 12 months.
