Hi!!
I’m Olivia, a 27 year old Australian looking to find a home in GC!
I’m originally from Melbourne, and moving up to be closer to my family in November ☺️

I’m hoping to find a room in the Southern GC suburbs, all the way down to Palm Beach and am happy to go as north as Broadbeach!
I work full time in the hospitality industry, I’m currently a Venue Manager for a busy bar in VIC so will be continuing on with hospitality work when I move up initially.

I’m hoping to be able to have a home where we can hang out sometimes and talk over dinner or morning coffees, go do fun little day trips here and there whilst still respecting alone time and privacy when we need as that’s so important!

I am very work-orientated, so usually out of the house for long periods of time though I like living the quiet and active lifestyle when I’m not working.
On my off days I love anything outside in the sun, hosting the odd dinner party here and there for friends and family, catching a gig or heading to the markets.
I would love to live in a home with others who share a similar vibe.

I am clean, organised, very respectful of my space and take great pride in ensuring a well maintained and looked after space to call home.
I’ve lived in share houses for the last 12+ years so I’m very accustomed to sharing spaces and being respectful of privacy.

I do have a car, so a place where parking is available would be preferred.

I have references and rental history I am more than happy to supply!l if needed!
