Hi! I'm Alessio, an italian guy looking for a place in Geelong since I started a job in construction and I'm working to live here long-term. I'm looking for a private furnished room; the rest is optional but if available it will definitely be my choice. For example bills included, parking for my car (even on-street is fine), appliances like a washer and dryer, and few tenants (5 or above is already too much). I'm flexible with the bathroom, but a private/ensuite is obviously preferred, for some more bucks I'll get it.
I'm a person who always keeps things in my room, I never use speakers only headphones, I don't smoke, I don't drink if not a glass during the weekend, I don't have pets, I'm single and I don't bother anyone unless there's a mess, I want a home where I can stay chill and not argue because someone doesn't respect space, I expect maturity and manners from other tenants and a similar lifestyle/background is preferred.
