Hi! I'm Alessio, I'm looking for a place where I can have my own space and furniture such as oven, stoves, washing machine and dryer, I don't wanna share kitchen nor bathroom, I'm basically looking for a studio. I'm flexible with other things such as bills, furniture (I can arrange my own), car space (since I own a car, on the street would be fine anyway) and so the location. I'm more interested in North or East South suburbs.
I don't smoke, I don't have pets, I'm single, I'm working full-time in construction and I'm seeking a long-term rent that's worth moving in.
I'm here looking for a better opportunity and a comparison to the house where I'm currently, I'm living in a good house now so I'm not rushing but obviously I'm looking to go back to the city. Thanks for your time!
