Hi there, I'm Kyson. I'm 19-years-old and looking for a new place to stay in the Inner West, I work at least 40 hrs a week in hospitality in Erskineville. Its a pub so I work most evenings. I'm also studying cert III cookery at TAFE Ultimo I'm looking for a room for one person and I'm flexible - a private studio or shared communal facilities. I'd prefer a furnished room but am open to bringing my own furniture too.

I'm looking for somewhere to call home. I'm happy socialising with my flatmates and also having quiet time in my room. I'm not really into the party scene but I enjoy heading out to the pub with my girlfriend and friends. I go to the gym and like to keep healthy.

I'm tidy and respectful of communal spaces. Love having the occasional drink or meal together, but I don't depend on this – I have a good group of friends. Enjoy the occasional night out, but my main focuses are my family, friends, work, study and healthy lifestyle (i.e. gym and clean eating). Would like to have friends over for the occasional drink and BBQ.

I prefer to cook my own food. I'm out most evenings so don't tend to cook dinner at home. I won't be bringing any furniture unless the bedroom is unfurnished.
