Jake

Hi, my name is Jake, I’m 25 and I’m currently looking at relocating from Adelaide to Melbourne. I’m hoping to find the right place and explore some options before making the move.

A little about me: I’m a full-time chef and I’m looking forward to continuing my career in Melbourne. I will need to secure a new position once I relocate, but with my experience as a chef, I don’t expect this to take very long. I’m responsible, reliable, always on time with rent, and easy to live with.

I love cooking, spending time at the beach, and I’m a non-smoker. I’m also part of the LGBTQIA+ community and am looking for a safe, welcoming and respectful home.

I have two dachshunds, Arnold and Luna, who are very much part of my family. They’re both well cared for and I’m ideally looking for somewhere with a backyard where they can have some space. I always make sure my living space is kept clean and tidy, and I’m respectful of the property I live in.

For me, house vibes are really important. I love coming home to a clean kitchen and a peaceful environment. I’m friendly, respectful and easygoing, and I’m looking for a home with nice people who enjoy having a comfortable and welcoming environment — whether that’s relaxing at home, grabbing a coffee or occasionally doing something together.

I’m mainly looking to explore my options at the moment and find somewhere that feels like the right fit. Ideally, I’d love a home that is friendly, respectful, clean and well looked after, where everyone feels comfortable and enjoys coming home.
