Hi! I'm Nathan, soon to be 27 and moving from Adelaide to Hobart mid November to take up a full time healthcare position at the RHH (mostly M-F). My contract is for 6 months, with likely extensions as I intend to be here 12+ months.

What I'm after:
A room to rent, but more importantly a friendly, warm and clean place to call home and housemates to be friends with.
More than happy to share a cleaning roster of the shared spaces (used to work as a cleaner during uni) and definitely respect privacy. I will also need a space to park my car (off street preferred but happy with on-street if consistent)

Bit about myself:
I'm responsible, clean, and reliable. Prior to moving, I held my job for 4 years. I love to cook, so would love housemates to share with. Otherwise, my other interests include gym, runs and trying out the local fare. I'm always up for a chat but also happy to be a quiet soul.
