Joe and JR

Hi,

We’re Joe and JR, two close friends from the UK currently living in Perth, and we’re actively looking for two rooms to rent. We both work full-time in the hospitality and sports industries and have stable routines around work and training.

We’re clean, organised, respectful of shared spaces, and easy to live with. Outside of work, we enjoy staying active, playing football and padel, watching live sport, and spending time at the beach, but we’re also considerate and relaxed at home.

Looking for two rooms each, anything at or below $325 each for the rooms.

We need to secure a place by mid January, as our current accommodation lease ends.

If you have two suitable rooms available, or know of something coming up that fits this timeline, we’d really appreciate hearing from you as soon as possible.
