I am working and a very clean and considerate person. I am happy to sign a 6 month + lease for the right place 🏠

I would prefer my own house, studio or granny flat but completely open to sharing too. Ideally id like to stay as close to the CBD but will consider all options.

It would just be me living at the property, no kids or pets and parking isn't needed.
