Hi,

My name’s Xavier, and I’m originally from Ballina. I’m looking to move in sometime between the 18th and 23rd of March.

I’ve recently secured a full-time role in IT with Amazon. With full-time employment, you can expect reliability and consistent, on-time rent payments.

I’d describe myself as clean, respectful, and easy to live with. I take shared spaces seriously and always make sure common areas stay tidy. I’m considerate of noise and other people’s routines.

Outside of work, I enjoy sports, gaming, cooking, and exploring the city. I’m social and happy to have a chat or share a meal, but I also respect personal space and downtime.

I’m looking for a friendly and responsible household where everyone communicates well and contributes fairly to keeping the place comfortable.
