Looking to move mid January 2026 onwards, to a large unfurnished room or set up house together (if doing that, would need to start looking for rental early January 2026).

Currently work eastern suburbs (near Croydon) & south eastern suburbs and require access to Eastlink, or thereabouts. Flexible on location, from Malvern to bluechip or outer eastern suburbs. Anywhere quiet!

Am securely employed, quiet, reliable... responsible with bills. Will follow a cleaning schedule.

Don't entertain at home and like to watch tv during time off. Would do gardening if there is a garden. Non smoker, don't have pets though like dogs.
