Hello there!

My name is Hyojin :)
I know how competitive the rental market can be, so I wanted to introduce myself in a more personal way so you can get a better sense of who I am. I really need a place to live soon, and I want to make sure you feel completely comfortable and confident about renting out your valuable property to me.

First of all, I’m from South Korea on a working holiday visa. I previously worked as an analyst for over six years in a pharmaceutical company, where I tested microorganisms for in-process control.
I also have two years of experience working as a barista.

At the moment, I’m looking for a job, but I have saved enough money to cover my rent. I’m more than happy to provide proof of my bank account if needed.

I have no pets and no children. I’m very kindly, clean, organized, and respectful, and I will take good care of the property!
I don’t smoke and only drink socially.
I love running and I’m a big foodie.
