Hey! This is Bernice!! I am 23 years old full time master degree student from UOM and a part-time perfume retailer at Fitzroy Gertrude st >3 I moved to Melbourne from Hong Kong a few months ago, and would love to search for a lovely, cozy shared flat/ house with around 2-4 people!

Who I am:
Friends and co-workers around me describe me as outgoing, bubbly, friendly, and a great company. Most of the time, I enjoy bringing endless energy to people, sharing life and experiencing different things. For pastime, I love meeting up with different friends. My friends and I always come across with different creative and fun ideas for weekly meetups at her place! So far, we did weekly movie night, game night, cultural food parties, themed dressing parties, standup comedy show nights,etc. Hopefully, you all would also love a cozy fun night together! Besides,I am a big active girl, I am always down for any outdoorsy activities. I love to go read under the sun at Carlton garden, (try to) do a weekly park run at Princes Park, occasional hiking and baking, and pole dancing twice a week!!

Academically,I am in my first year of master. Job wise, I have a stable part-time job at LeLabo Fitzroy for usually 3-4 days a week, plus some online tutoring work. I spend most of my time working at the moment, then when semester starts, I will be busy studying.

Living habits:
I sleep at around 11pm , and wake up at around 9-11 am, mainly depending on the work and school schedule. But I am a quiet person when I am at home, and respecting each other’s privacy and boundaries is my top priority. Besides, I emphasize a lot on cleaning and tidying! I always make sure I clean the room and kitchen, so there would be no worries of making a mess in the common space!

Expectation for my future home:
I am looking for a shared house/ flat with easy-going, friendly, sweet people around my age, who are clean, respectful but meanwhile fun to be around with. I am willing to share chores and groceries with my future flatmates and hang out for different events!

I’d like a place that is 20-30 mins away from cbd, e.g. North Melbourne, Brunswick, Fitzroy, Collingwood, Carlton North, and rent ideally costs no more than 350 per week (excluding bills).

Move-in period: I am able to move in before or around Feb!
