Hey! I’m looking for a room to move into early/mid August preferably an apartment and located West (Maribyrnong, Footscray, Flemington etc), I’m also open to other areas as long as it’s not too far from the city as I work in the city.

My budget is up to $350 per week

A bit about me: I’m 27 years old, very clean, organised and hygienic and looking for someone who is similar.

I work full time in the city (2 days from home).
I gym 4-5 days a week and enjoy being social on the weekends going for dinners or drinks.

I have lived in my current share apartment for the past 4 years and always paid rent/bills on time and can provide a reference too.
