Hello. I am looking g for a place that will take a bond and rent loan from the government. I am approved for 4 weeks bond and two weeks rent paid up front through the department of housing. So rent will be taken from my bank account automatically every two weeks so you will not need to worry about me paying rent. It is paid automatically. So I will need to sign a contract with you that is approved by the owner or the real estate of the property.
