I’m a 29 year old Australian male looking for an apartment to share with one other person around the same age as me in inner Melbourne suburbs, I would be moving from Brisbane on 6/2/26 for work and need a place for about six-nine months while I get myself established. Looking for a furnished place preferably with utilities included.

My budget is around $450 a week, or if Bills are separate than $400 a week. I’m a very clean and social person, but can respect the social boundaries of housemates.
