I am a female student. I am quite busy with my studies and prefer a comfortable environment. would prefer students only house or working professionals but not family. looking for a fully furnished room (bed, mattress, study desk, and large wardrobe for clothes) in a sharehouse with friendly, decent, neat and cleanpeople. Would prefer female only house. My campus is in the city so looking for a place that is close to bus stop and train station.
