Hi there! I’m Dr. Lance Yu, an incoming Adjunct Senior Researcher at UTAS (IMAS). I will be relocating to Hobart in February 2026 for a 12-month marine research project, accompanied by my wife and our school-aged son.

🏠We are seeking a stable, long-term home (12 months lease).

Preferred: A whole property (2+ bedrooms) with a parking space.

Open to: Sharing a large house (renting 2 rooms) or a "Granny Flat" arrangement. We are respectful of shared spaces and value a harmonious living environment.
