Zay Sea

Hi! I’m Zay Sea. I’ll be commencing my studies in Visual Communications at the University of Technology Sydney (UTS) this February and am looking for a room to rent around the area. Ideally, I’m looking to move in between 30 January and 1 February, but I’m happy to discuss dates that are slightly earlier or later.

I’m clean, respectful, and easygoing, and I value a comfortable and tidy home. I enjoy going on walks, exploring cafés, visiting galleries and exhibitions, and checking out flea markets. I’m open to hanging out, sharing dinners, and having casual chats with housemates, while also respecting personal time and space. I’m mindful of shared areas, and am hoping to find a friendly and considerate household 😊
