We are a couple looking for a comfortable and clean place to rent. I am from Taiwan and hold Australian PR, so I have a stable job here. My partner is from Peru and is currently doing postgraduate studies in Australia, while also working part-time.

We are very tidy and quiet, and we highly value a peaceful and well-maintained living environment. We are looking for a place where we can have our own private bedroom, and also access to the living room and kitchen. We prefer not to share with other housemates, as we like to keep our space clean and organized.

We are responsible tenants, able to pay rent on time, and will take good care of the property. We hope to find a long-term, stable home that matches our lifestyle.
