Hi, I’m Romy! (28 y.o female)

About :
I’m a friendly and respectful person who values a calm, comfortable home. I work full-time and keep fairly active, love a wine, but I really value my downtime too. Having lived in share houses for 7+ years, I’m someone who values a clean home, being considerate of fellow housemates and being able to have on open communication. I enjoy a good chat in the kitchen or on the couch, but I’m also very mindful of people’s space and routines. Work: I’m in tech sales and work from the office Tuesday - Thursday, which means I WFH Monday and Friday (desk in my room, door shut, I’m considerate of noise!)

Downtime:
I’m an avid walker, so I’ll probably be out of the house before or after work pounding the pavement and listening to a podcast! I also love the gym and try to go each morning before work. I really enjoy cooking and baking, however I’m conscious of not hogging the kitchen in a share house so I keep this to a minimum. I’m a sucker for a wine bar or a midweek pub night. I love film and TV and would be more than happy to start a series together too!

My plus one:
I also have a Groodle named Fergie who is honestly an absolute angel (I know everyone says this about their dogs but I hand on heart can say this with the utmost confidence). She’s lived in three share houses already and is incredibly well-behaved, gentle and polite, the kind of dog who wins staunchly cat-only people over. She’s toilet trained, calm indoors, doesn’t bark, has never ruined a belonging of mine nor a housemates and is very used to living around different people. She also doesn’t go on couches/furniture. She’s more of a quiet companion than a handful, and I take full responsibility for her care, cleaning and routines (I bath her often as I have a strong sense of smell and love a clean dog to be around). She’s been a total joy in previous share homes and I’m confident she’d be the same here (references available upon request! 😁)
