Hello! I’m Veronica, 33, single and working full-time in retail management. I’m looking to team up with one or two people to find a new place together on a long-term lease.

I’m tidy, respectful and very mindful of shared spaces. I like a home that feels calm, comfortable, cosy and clean. I’m friendly and social, but also value personal space. Happy to balance some quality time together while being respectful of each other’s need to recharge after a long day at work :)

I love art, movies, photography and trying new cafes, restaurants and markets with friends. I’m definitely not a party person and much prefer a chill night in, whether it’s journaling, cooking or binging TV.

I have the loveliest orange cat, Ravioli. He’s strictly indoors, desexed, litter trained and really well-behaved. I come with quite a bit of furniture too (couch, TV, dining table, bookshelves, desk, fridge, etc.), which is why teaming up to find a new place makes more sense for me than joining an existing lease. I’m more than happy to help furnish shared spaces and make a place feel like home from day one.

I don’t have a car, so I don’t require a parking space. I’ve been renting for years and I’m a reliable tenant, always pay rent and bills on time and I’m all for open communication.
