I’m easy-going, respectful, and very reliable. I keep shared spaces clean, communicate openly, and I’m mindful of other people’s routines. I enjoy being friendly with housemates but I also value personal space, so I’m good at striking that balance. I’m working regularly, pay rent on time, and treat the place like a home, not a party house.
