Hi Im Jayden. My wife and I are moving to the Gold Coast and are looking for a place to rent on a long term lease of at least 12 months or longer. Ideally 3 bedrooms minimum with a full fenced yard of some sort for our old German shepherd (11yo so not super active and well behaved). We spend our spare time at the beach or being active like gym, walking or long runs. We love the outdoors so anything with an undercover area is a bonus. We aren’t party goers and don’t drink often so there won’t be any issues with noise or parties. We’re open to a homestay if the place is right. Thankyou!
