I am currently looking for short-term accommodation, although I would consider a longer-term arrangement or teaming up with someone if I find the right fit. I am a qualified and fully registered teacher and will be undertaking relief teaching while I look for the right ongoing teaching position in Melbourne.

I’m a quiet, easy-going person who is respectful of shared spaces and other people’s routines. I like to keep things tidy without being overly particular, and I appreciate a clean, comfortable home where everyone can relax.

I’m a bit of a homebody and enjoy my downtime, but one of the reasons I’m moving to Melbourne is to get out more, explore new places, meet people and enjoy everything the city has to offer. I’m looking forward to having a better balance between work, socialising and enjoying life.

During the week, I expect to be busy with relief teaching, the gym and other commitments, while some weekends will be spent visiting family or getting out and about. I enjoy having a chat and being social but also value my own space and respect others’ privacy.

I always pay my rent and bills on time, contribute to household chores and shared amenities, and believe in open, respectful communication to keep things running smoothly.

Overall, I’m considerate, reliable and easy to get along with. I’m looking for a calm, friendly and positive home environment with like-minded people while I settle into Melbourne and start this next chapter.
