Hello potential new housemate!

I'm a 25yro full-time PhD student at UC and am looking for a new place to call home. I work in casual positions at the UC and spend the majority of my time outside work and study doing nonprofit work.
Since I still have a minimum of 1.5 years of my studies remaining, I am looking for a place that I can potentially stay in until the end of my course.

I am a big believer in the positive impact of a clean and organised environment on your inner peace; so my form of meditation is taking care of the place I call home. Always up for a chat, love cooking and sharing food (and my way of showing appreciation is having my inner auntie try to feed you!), and am more than happy to help my housemates in any way possible.

The only substance I abuse would be caffeine; and no, energy drinks are not proper caffeine, coffee and tea (hot ones by the way, not these iced drinks trends) is the only acceptable form of caffeine.
