I'm a 54-year-old man who works part-time and enjoys literature, creative writing, poetry, classical guitar, and classical music.
A non-negotiable is a clean, tidy, and ordered house where everyone contributes their share. I can't co-habit with a person that still needs mothering. I would ideally live with a mature, house trained, intelligent/intellectual professional working individual who is responsible and reliable, respects other's privacy and is engaging when appropriate
I don't have kids but have two beautiful cats that will bring joy to any home.
