I'm 29 years of age in April. Looking for a long-term rental for myself, no housemates, no children, no dogs. I have one pet cat, he turns 14 years old in March, and is very well behaved, trained, microchipped, desexed, registered, up to date with his vet injections and keeps to himself. I was in the Hair and Beauty Industry for 10 years, managed a salon for 4 years, and ran my own Beauty Studio for 3 years. I am now transitioning career paths and currently studying Community Services. I have qualifications in Hairdressing, Beauty Services, Responsible Services of Alcohol, First Aid and CPR, along with my Working With Children's Check, and my NDIS Clearance Check, and volunteer at The Pyjama Foundation mentoring children who are in the foster care system. I have my Full Drivers Licence and own a Hyundai Hatchback. I don't have parties, nor large get togethers, I'm quite introverted, if I'm not studying or working, I would be reading a book or seeing one of my two close friends. I'm very clean and take pride in the way I look after my things, including my rentals, if anything my friends and family would argue I'm overly clean and structured. In saying that, I am very easy going and polite, I can't imagine having an issue with my neighbours, agent or landlord, and I have never had issues in the past.
