Hello,
I'm hitting reset on my life and looking to find a spacious place with a great vibe - where I can reignite my creativity and passion for writing.

Ideally, I'd be after a place that has space for a dedicated art studio (a girl can dream, right?!) .I'd prefer to team up with one, maybe two women at most.

I do have a furkid - He is a 15 year old Belgian Malinois. He's a very independent lad, not big on cuddles unless its on his terms. He still possesses a fair amount of sass and attitude, so its hard not to chuckle at his way of being. I share custody with my ex-husband but he will live with me, predominantly. To be clear - he is an inside dog that sleeps in my room.

I have a sunny disposition and enjoy being social but I also crave my solitude....as I get older, I lean more towards being social on the homefront... A dinner party or a game/movies night with friends... I would prefer to live with the kind of women that I'd naturally be drawn to in friendship.

I am quite private though most would say I am an open book...it's a balance. I'm also a terminal optimist but others might say I am a hard realist. I believe open communication, kindness and respect are key to harmonious relationships, so it'd be nice to reside with people that vibe with that philosophy.

I like spaces to clean and relatively tidy ...I need kitchen spaces to be hygienic - I cannot abide cross-contamination... I am also very safety and security conscious. That about sums me up for now :)
