Hello!
My name is Daeun Kim, but please feel free to call me Dawn Kim! I’m in my mid-20s female from South Korea on a working holiday visa. I’m currently in Brisbane and looking for a room from March 5th. I’m hoping to stay for at least 3 months, with the possibility of staying much longer if it's a good fit.
I have previous share house experience in Australia and have always maintained a great relationship with my landlords and housemates. I strictly follow house rules and value a respectful living environment.
I am currently looking for a job, but I have sufficient savings and will always pay rent on time without any issues. My budget is around $250–$280 per week (including bills).
I am very tidy, organized, and considerate. I always clean up immediately after cooking and keep common areas spotless. And I have a habit of cleaning regularly. I’m a non-smoker and definitely not a party person. Also, I’m looking for a pet-free household.
Since I don’t have a car, proximity to public transport (bus/train) is essential for me.
I’m looking for a friendly and peaceful home where everyone respects each other’s space. Please feel free to message me if you think I’d be a good fit.
