Hi there! I'm a 24-year-old guy from South Korea on a working holiday.

• Current Living Situation: Living with an Australian landlord in Jindalee since March (Looking for a new place).

• Employment: Stable income as a kitchen hand at a restaurant in Indooroopilly.

• Rental History: Excellent track record with zero late payments.

• Living Habits: Very clean, tidy, and organized. I always do the dishes immediately, keep the place spotless, and never forget rubbish bin days (every Wednesday).

I am looking for a peaceful and clean home where I can respect the space and the landlord/ housemates.

I was studying engineering (in my third year) back in Korea, and I’ve taken a break from my studies to come here and experience life and work in Australia.

I take pride in keeping my living space quiet, clean, and well-ventilated. I'm a non-smoker and very respectful of shared spaces. I'm also very used to shared living; I actually lived with my first-ever roommate for three years in college dorm, so I'm well-aware of how to be a considerate flatmate. In my free time, I enjoy swimming, rock climbing, and relaxing with Netflix.
