I’ve recently moved back to Sydney and I am looking for a place to call home for the long run.

I’m a 28-year-old Kiwi gal, who works as a creative freelancer (photography, digital media, copywriting) and full-time cafe all-rounder with additional retail management and pet-sitting experience. I’m super easygoing, tidy, and respectful of shared spaces. I’ve lived in plenty of share houses, have been a head tenant and even ran a small backpackers solo last summer, so I know a thing or two about keeping a place running smoothly! My hobbies include getting outdoors and going on walks, beach days, café/bar hopping, and going to many gigs - just to name a few.

Vibe-wise, I love a home that feels social and welcoming, I’m always up for a chat, shared dinner, or a beer, but I also value my own space and downtime and understand the same goes for others. Essentially I’m looking for a well-maintained, good-energy home with like-minded people (LGBTQ+ friendly!) ideally mid-20s to 30s+, in the inner west, with a room around $300–$350/week.
