I’m easygoing, respectful, and dependable, and I take pride in being a genuine, reliable tenant. I value a peaceful, clean, and safe home environment and always do my part to keep the place well looked after. My son is on a 50/50 care arrangement with his mother, so he will only be staying with me part of the time. When he is with me, creating a stable, positive, and secure home for him is very important to me.

I’m considerate of other people’s space, keep shared areas clean and tidy, and believe that communication and respect are a big part of living well with others. I always try to bring a positive, supportive energy into the home and am someone who is approachable, caring, and happy to help where I can.

I also have an extensive construction and handyman background, which can be a real benefit around the home. I’m practical, proactive, and capable of helping with small jobs, maintenance, and general upkeep when needed. I like being useful, reliable, and someone others can count on.
