Returning to Australia for a year in between studies after living the majority of my life in the Netherlands. Just finishing up my apprenticeship as chef and wanting to take a year to learn what australian cuisine has to offer as well as getting back intouch with my roots. As a trained chef I no nothing else than to keep my area clean and although I tend to keep to myself i'd love to have some people that might be able to show me the town. Open to sweeten the deal with cooking for the house when having dinner at home ;).
