Tobi

Hi! I am Tobi, a 31-year-old PhD student in mechanical engineering from Germany, and I am looking for an accommodation for six months starting June 2026.

What I enjoy:
- Music: piano (classical) and guitar (jazz/rock); I love listening to all genres. I obviously won't bring any instruments.
- DIY & Workshop: tinkering, fixing stuff, machining, woodworking, programming, etc.
- Sports: I like swimming and go to the gym regularly

What I am looking for:
- A tidy, comfortable room in a respectful, friendly household.
- I don't mind sharing a meal and having chats while also respecting everyone's privacy.
- An en-suite bathroom is preferred, but that is not a deal breaker.
- I'll probably be at the university most days, so being close to Swinburne or public transport would be a big plus.
- I am comfortable with well-behaved pets (cats, dogs, etc.), but I do not have any myself.
- I will arrive in Australia on 02 June, so a virtual tour of the apartment would be great.
