Hi! My name is Catherine, and I’m moving to Sydney from California for a year-long work contract opportunity in the creative industry (CBD). I’m looking for a calm, friendly, respectful living situation with good people while I’m there.

I’m clean, considerate, easygoing, open-minded and independent. I enjoy creative work, photography, good coffee, walks, animals, and a peaceful home environment. I’m not a big partier, and I genuinely value communication, kindness, and shared respect in a home.

I’ll be working full-time during my contract, so I’m mainly looking for a comfortable, welcoming place to land while settling into Sydney life. I’d love to find flatmates who are friendly and social in a balanced way — people who enjoy their own space but also appreciate a warm home atmosphere.

Since I’ll be in Sydney for 3 months for sure and possible up to 24 months I’m hoping to find somewhere that feels stable, relaxed, and genuinely pleasant to come home to.
