I'm an experienced Tassie sharehouser in the last semester of a philosophy degree, and planning on making the big transbassian move mid-July. I've spent most of my working life in schools as teacher assistant and outside school hours care educator, though I've also worked a fair few hospitality gigs.
I'm a multi-instrumentalist and have played in a number of bands in Hobart over the years (mostly post-punky stuff) and am keen to play music with Melb friends in a new environment. I've been meaning to move up to the city for years now for the music scene, further study and to see friends, but post-COVID travel plans/general life stuff has always seemed to get in the way. Living-wise I'm a fairly introverted and tidy person when at home (lowkey love doing dishes, peak mindfulness), though I've always lived with friends and would ideally love to make some new ones. I'm also not super picky re space and living arrangements.
