Hi, I’m Ziyi, a 21-year-old postgraduate student at the University of Queensland, studying International Relations. I’m friendly, respectful, tidy and easy to live with, and I’m looking for a calm and comfortable home rather than just a place to sleep.

I value a clean and peaceful living environment where everyone respects each other’s privacy and personal space. I’m not into house parties, and I’d prefer to live with housemates who also keep the home quiet and don’t regularly bring large groups of people or unexpected overnight guests home. I’m happy to be friendly and occasionally have a chat or meal together, but I also appreciate being able to relax, study and recharge without disturbing one another.

I’m comfortable living with pets and genuinely enjoy having animals around, as long as the home is kept clean and hygienic. I always clean up after myself, keep shared areas tidy, and believe household responsibilities should be shared fairly.

Outside home, I enjoy travelling, freediving, hiking, fitness and learning languages. At home, I’m usually quiet and spend my time studying, reading, cooking or resting. I’m a non-smoker, financially stable with family support, and can provide proof of enrolment, visa and funds if required.

I’m hoping to find housemates who are clean, responsible, considerate and relaxed, and who want a respectful home with clear communication and healthy boundaries.
